The HIE training camp ,opened in 2010, has been a great success in helping our students learnt how to keep a healthy life.
HIE('high intensity edurance') training camp offers a vartity of high intensity sports programmes to help our students to build
a strong physic and lectures conducted by food scientists on how to eat healthyily.Our training camp offers interesting and
beginner-friendly courses to encourge the public that do not excercise frequently to actively workout and to ensure everyone
has an enjoyable experience in our camp.
we priotise safety of our students, the camp is equiped with professionaly trained medical team and well experienced instructors
to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our students.The camp is also situated beside the TTK hospital, in case of serious
injuries the situation can be attended immediately.
Courses
The camp provides 3 different courses with 3 difference purpose, you may sign up for all of the courses
HIIT workoutHIIT, high-intensity interval training, also called
high-intensity intermittent excercise or sprint interval
training , this is an highly effective type of workout in reducing body fat.
It is an effective method to helps those who seek to
reduce fat mass and build endurance.
Long-distance aerobic course(LDAC)This course focus on improving the health of circulatory system
by and it is lower in intensity compared to HIIT excercise or anerobic excercise and makes it suitable for people who
do not usually excercise and a great method to keep healthy overall.
Basic Anaerobic Course(BAC)Anaerobic excercise,different from aerobic excercise
even the name may sound similar.It is a high intensity excercise which involve any quick burst
of hard excercise that improves overall fitness and builds muscles.
